Operation Green Light
Charlotte County residents are invited to participate in our Operation Green Light event. During Operation Green Light, customers with suspended driver licenses have an opportunity to pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, and save up to 40% in additional fees. Once outstanding fees have been paid, or a payment plan has been established, customers become eligible to have their driver license reinstated. read More

January 20, 2025The Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller's Office will be closed on Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
New Year Holiday
December 31, 2024The Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller's Office will be open on December 31st at the Justice Center location only. The Murdock Administration Building and Englewood branch will be closed.
On Wednesday, January 1st, all offices will be closed in observance of New Year's Day.
Christmas Holidays
December 24, 2024The Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller's Office will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holidays.
