Simplified Dissolution of Marriage

  • Either party may visit our Self Help Forms Online.
  • All forms must be completed by both parties.
  • Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
  • Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
  • You have no children under the age of 18 who were born during the marriage.
  • The wife is not pregnant.

Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage with or without Children
