Foreclosure Electronic Sale Fee changes

Effective July 3, 2021, at the time of filing a foreclosure Complaint, the Plaintiff must also pay the $70.00 Foreclosure Fee and $70.00 Electronic Sale Fee. These payments can be paid through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. Each time the Clerk’s sale is scheduled or rescheduled, the Plaintiff is required to pay the $70.00 Electronic Sale Fee for conducting the electronic sale pursuant to F.S. 45.035(3).
