Dissolution of Marriage

Simplified Dissolution of Marriage

  • Either party may purchase the forms from the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptrollers office, or they may also be accessed and completed through the online forms program Turbo Court for a nominal fee.
  • All forms must be completed by both parties.
  • Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
  • Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
  • You have no children under the age of 18 who were born during the marriage.
  • The wife is not pregnant.

Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage with or without Children

  • Either party may purchase the forms from the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptrollers office, or they may also be accessed and completed through the online forms program Turbo Court for a nominal fee.
  • All forms must be completed by both parties.
  • Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
  • Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
  • Both you and your spouse must attend a sanctioned parenting class. Information available on www.educationprograms.com.
  • All children between the ages of 6 and 17 must attend a sanctioned children\s class. Information also available on www.educationprograms.com.
